RSM US LLP is seeking a Valuation Services Manager in Houston to lead complex engagements across financial reporting, tax reporting, and transactions. You will guide junior team members, manage client relationships, and contribute to growth of a nationally recognized valuation practice.

The role emphasizes collaboration with senior leaders, opportunity identification, and go-to-market activities, while balancing delivery with talent development and practice advancement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics or related field.
• 6-8+ years of progressive business valuation experience in a national/global advisory environment.
• Professional designation such as ASA, ABV, CPA, CFA, or progress toward one is preferred.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft 365 and data analytics, automation, generative AI tools.
