Job summary

Colliers International in Denver seeks a Valuation Specialist with 2–3 years of CRE appraisal experience to produce thorough reports and foster client relationships. You will promote the Colliers brand, engage with clients, and work across geographies to deliver superior service.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and an active CG real estate appraiser license. Advanced appraisal coursework is a plus. This is a hybrid role based out of the local office with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

  • 2–3 years of related work experience in CRE valuation.
  • Experience providing high-quality property valuations and serving clients.

Responsibilities

  • Execute valuation and appraisal assignments with thoroughness and accuracy.
  • Communicate with clients to foster new and existing relationships.
  • Demonstrate ability to originate new client relationships and cross-sell services.
  • Collaborate with team members across geographies to deliver exceptional client service.
  • Review industry surveys, benchmarks, and economic/demographic trends to inform analyses.
  • Assist with preparing and presenting results clearly and concisely.

As Valuation Specialist

As Valuation Specialist, you will be focused on producing thorough reports, fostering relationships, and finding strong solutions for clients. Each day, you will promote and advocate for the Colliers’ brand in the market, articulating our value to clients through superior customer service.

In this role, you will…

What you’ll bring
  • 2-3 years of related work experience.
  • CRE experience/ background is required.
  • Active Certified General Real Estate Appraiser license
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Advanced appraisal class curriculum completion preferred.
  • Team player mentality with excellent communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

Colliers is disclosing the following information: Approximate Salary Range for this Role: Commission Based Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

  • Employees (and their families) are provided options for employer subsidized medical benefits including RX, dental, vision as well as employer paid basic life/AD&D insurance and short-term / long-term disability.
  • Employees are able to enroll in our company's 401k plan, which includes an employer match.
  • Employees will also receive 10 days of sick leave, along with twelve weeks (for birth parents) and 4 weeks (for non-birth parents, including adoptive/foster parents) for paid parental leave which will be available for use after successful completion of 90 days of employment.
