As a Valuation Services Director, you will perform top-tier valuation services to obtain new and retain top clients. You will manage and provide the highest-quality valuation and advisory solutions to our clients by leveraging the Company’s full platform of services. Each day, you will promote and advocate Colliers’ brand in the local market, articulating its value through superior customer service to its clients.
Colliers carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience required for this role. The candidate’s pay is 100% commission - typically participating in a 35-50% commission split based on production levels. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience required for this role.
This position is eligible for an annual bonus, based on company and individual performance.
