Dean Dorton is seeking a Business Valuation Manager in Indianapolis to join our Forensic and Valuation Services team. You will perform valuation analyses for clients across multiple industries, build valuation models, and interpret market data to derive credible results.

The role requires 2-6 years of valuation experience and relevant certifications (ABV, CVA, or ASA), plus a Bachelor’s Degree and strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

• 2-6 years of Valuation Experience.
• One or more valuation certifications such as ABV, CVA, or ASA are required.
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
• Strong business acumen.

Responsibilities

• Perform critical valuation functions for diverse clients.
• Prepare and/or review valuation models using various tools.
• Analyze industry/economic trends to derive valuation results.
• Present valuation reports, data, and findings to clients.
