Job summary

Highspring is seeking an experienced valuation professional to join our Accounting Advisory - Valuation Sub-Group in the United States. You will lead and support complex valuation engagements for a mix of public and private company clients, including mergers and acquisitions, financial reporting, and strategic planning.

The role requires strong financial analysis, a solid understanding of ASC 805/350, and the ability to manage multiple assignments with senior leadership guidance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional services experience including business valuations.
• CFA, CPA, ASA or progress towards these certifications.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Assist valuation projects for mergers, acquisitions, and financial reporting.
• Engage with clients and colleagues on valuations for business combinations and private equity.
• Apply standard valuation methodologies including discounted cash flow and guideline method.
• Review progress to ensure valuation best practices and professional standards.
• Educate internal and external audiences on valuation conclusions.
• Establish credibility as a trusted advisor.
• Manage client relationships and identify new business opportunities.
• Actively participate in career development activities and staff training.
