Job summary

Boulay is seeking a talented Valuation Intern to join our Minneapolis consulting team. You will assist on valuation, due-diligence, and transaction projects, building financial models and developing reports to support client decisions.

You will gain exposure to multiple service lines, receive mentorship, and participate in training programs, with internship running January through April in our Minneapolis, MN office.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance with minimum 3.0 GPA.
• May 2028 or May 2029 graduation date.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook.
• Exemplary communication (oral and written).

Responsibilities

• Research clients, industries, economic trends, markets and competitors.
• Build financial models for valuation, transactions, and related purposes.
• Apply valuation approaches, including DCF and market multiples.
• Develop detailed financial models with income statement, balance sheet and cash flow forecasts.
• Write business valuation reports and proposals from research and analysis.
• Present findings to Consulting team and clients.
