Job summary

You will develop valuation analyses, financial models, and reports while handling multiple engagements, deadlines, and client interactions.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in business valuation or related advisory fields.
• Understanding of valuation methods and financial modelling concepts.
• Strong quantitative, research, and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform business enterprise and equity valuations using income, market, and asset approaches.
• Develop discounted cash flow, guideline public company, and precedent transaction analyses.
• Support engagements involving tax planning, M&A, restructurings, and fairness opinions.
• Prepare valuation models, reports, exhibits, and client presentations.
• Collaborate with senior professionals on complex financial instruments and ownership interests.
• Maintain documentation of methodologies, data sources, and assumptions.
