Qualifications

• Minimum 3.7 GPA required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of business valuation analyses for M&A, financial reporting, tax, and advisory purposes.
• Support valuation engagements involving privately held companies, intangible assets, and transaction-related analyses.
• Complete financial statement and operating data analysis using Excel-based valuation models.
• Conduct industry, market, economic, and company-specific research.
• Assist with financial modeling, data analysis, and valuation assessments.
• Participate in client meetings and internal discussions related to valuation engagements.
• Collaborate with teams across Valuation Consulting, Transaction Advisory, and Outsourced Accounting Advisory.
• Prepare sections of valuation reports, presentations, and client deliverables.
• Participate in training sessions and networking opportunities.
• Support business development initiatives and relationship-building activities.
