Job summary

Withum is seeking a finance-focused intern for a January 25 to April 16, 2027 internship, with extension possibility. Locations include Boston Seaport, Rochester, or Philadelphia, and a 40-hour in-person weekly schedule during core business hours.

You will assist in business valuation analyses for mergers and acquisitions, support engagements, analyze financial statements, conduct market research, and prepare sections of reports and client deliverables while collaborating with Valuation

Qualifications

• Pursuing Bachelor's or Master's in quantitative finance or related field.
• GPA 3.7 or higher.
• Prior internship in valuation or related fields preferred.
• Strong quantitative and modeling skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Willing to complete finance/valuation case study during interview.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Quantitative Finance, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Econometrics, Economics, Financial Engineering, Accounting, Business Analytics, or a related discipline. MSA, Master of Finance, MBA, and similar graduate programs are encouraged to apply.

• Minimum 3.7 GPA required.
• Previous internship or relevant experience in valuation, investment banking, transaction advisory, corporate finance, consulting, or financial services preferred.
• Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
• Understanding of financial statements, valuation methodologies, and financial modeling.
• Excellent communication, networking, and presentation skills with the ability to excel in client‑facing environments.
• Demonstrated leadership, initiative, and professional presence through academic, extracurricular, or work experience.
• Candidates should be prepared to complete a finance and valuation case study during the interview process.
