The Valuation & Investments (V&I) team seeks a Valuation Associate to support greenfield development and M&A investments across the U.S., with a focus on solar, wind, and energy storage projects.

You will build complex financial models, collaborate cross-functionally, and influence key investment decisions shaping our renewable energy

Qualifications

• 4+ years of renewable energy finance experience
• Strong financial modeling skills, debt/tax equity knowledge
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Highly organized with attention to detail and collaboration

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain robust financial models for renewables projects
• Collaborate with Development, M&A, Engineering and Commercial teams
• Analyze debt, tax equity, and project equity financing structures
• Ensure accuracy of financial metrics presented to leadership
• Develop regional decision tools and support prioritization
• Contribute to continuous improvement of team tools and processes
