Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree required.
• CPA preferred but not required.
• Prior transaction advisory experience preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles is required.
• Demonstrates appropriate understanding of financial reporting and analytics.
• Proficiency in Excel modeling.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong commitment to professional and client service excellence.
• Proven time management, organizational and prioritization skills.
• Ability to travel for engagements if needed.

Responsibilities
