Kroll’s Global Expert Services Team invites motivated interns to join the Valuations Group in Chicago. Interns gain hands-on valuation experience, interact with CFOs and tax directors, and receive world-class training, relocation assistance when applicable, and strong career progression.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree with strong accounting or finance focus.
• Must be graduating December 2026 through July 2028.
• Major GPA of 3.2 or higher and strong Excel/Word skills.
• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Perform valuation analyses on public and private entities across industries.
• Design and work with financial models for DCF, multiples, and option pricing.
• Gather data through client interaction and site visits.
• Prepare and present results clearly to stakeholders.
• Contribute to proposals, presentations, and client publications.
• Conduct in-depth client, industry, market and competitor research.
