Riot Games is seeking an experienced Senior Art Outsourcing Manager for VALORANT. You will connect Riot product teams with external partners, guide art direction, and ensure assets meet quality standards while scaling production.

Your role blends production artistry with logistics to keep outsourcing world-class and collaborative. You will oversee relationships with multiple vendors, provide clear feedback, and drive efficient asset pipelines across domestic and international partners,

Qualifications

• 6+ years creating stylized 2D artwork for video games.
• 6+ years handling multiple art vendors or partners.
• Portfolio showing high quality 2D weapon concepts.
• Experience giving and integrating feedback in production.
• Excellent communication with internal teams and stakeholders.
• Experience asset management and pipelines, Photoshop proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with domestic and international vendors.
• Communicate Riot's vision and feedback to external teams.
• Establish workflows to scale content production and ensure timely feedback.
• Guide partners through art direction, documentation, and asset interpretation.
• Manage assets, ensure proper format, and integration into game builds.
• Identify roadblocks, track issues and implement systemic fixes.
• Learn internal quality bars and adapt outsourcing practices for smooth integration.
