Job summary

Riot Games, Inc. in Los Angeles seeks a senior leader to own the VALORANT Americas publishing strategy. You will bridge global ambitions with local execution for North America and Latin America, guiding cross-functional teams across Brand, Creative, Community, Comms, and Content to drive growth and retention.

You will manage regional budgets, align roadmaps with central strategies, and mentor a diverse team to elevate player experiences in a high-stakes live-service title.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in video game publishing, entertainment, or tech with a track record of product, marketing, and community strategy.
• 5+ years of experience directly managing and leading multi-functional teams across international markets.
• Deep understanding of gaming, creator economy, and regional nuances across NA & LATAM, esp. US gaming/esports.
• Proven ability to launch, scale, and sustain live-service game products or major content beats.
• Experience navigating matrixed orgs and advocating regional needs with executives within budget constraints.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a cohesive publishing strategy for the Americas across US/Canada, LATAM, and Brazil.
• Lead cross-functional discipline leads to execute category offenses, product launches, and ecosystem beats.
• Oversee Americas OpEx budget and optimize resource allocation across subregions.
• Align local programs and activations with central publishing strategies.
• Recruit, mentor, and lead a diverse regional team into a high-craft culture.
