Validation Technician

Total Site Solutions (TSS), Georgetown, TX. seeks a results‑driven Validation Technician. The Validation Technician for rack integration services plays a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and functionality of rack integration solutions. This position involves testing, validating, and troubleshooting rack‑level systems to ensure they meet quality standards and client requirements. The technician will work closely with engineering teams to identify issues, implement solutions, and provide seamless integration of components within racks. They will possess excellent communication skills to liaise with clients and internal teams effectively and be proficient in the use of various testing equipment. The ideal candidate will be a consummate professional with a keen eye for detail, a strong sense of customer service, and the ability to multitask effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform comprehensive testing procedures on rack‑integrated hardware systems to validate their performance, functionality, and reliability.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to develop detailed test plans and procedures tailored to specific rack integration projects, ensuring comprehensive coverage of all system components.
  • Execute test cases according to defined test plans, meticulously documenting test results and identifying any deviations or issues encountered during testing.
  • Identify and troubleshoot any issues or discrepancies observed during testing, working closely with engineering and manufacturing teams to resolve them promptly.
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices throughout the rack integration process, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all testing activities.
  • Generate detailed test reports summarizing testing activities, results, and findings, providing clear and concise documentation for internal reference and regulatory compliance purposes.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing the efficiency, effectiveness, and reliability of rack integration testing processes, contributing insights and recommendations for process optimization.
  • Understanding of relevant industry standards, regulations, and compliance requirements (e.g., ISO, FDA, FCC) applicable to validation activities is beneficial.
  • Proactive attitude towards continuous improvement, seeking opportunities to enhance validation processes, methodologies, and outcomes.
