Carrier Global Corporation is seeking a Validation Software Engineer to define strategies for test and validation engineering. The role combines C# software architecture with electrical test system design and company-wide technical leadership.

You will design applications for hardware control and data acquisition, review wiring diagrams, validate products, and collaborate across engineering and manufacturing to enable reliable product development.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Computer, Software or an other engineering discipline.
• Experience with hardware interfacing, data acquisition and embedded/regulated environments is preferred.
• Proficiency in C# and familiarity with Python, LabVIEW, C++ or similar tools is beneficial.

Aufgaben

• Design, develop, and maintain software for hardware control, automated testing, data acquisition and reporting (C# focus).
• Create, review, and troubleshoot electrical schematics, wiring diagrams and test systems for validation.
• Plan, execute, and document validation testing: functional, environmental, reliability and performance.
• Analyze test results, identify root causes, and propose corrective actions and improvements.
• Coordinate validation projects: schedules, resources, risks, deliverables, and stakeholder communications.
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, manufacturing and supplier teams to support product development and validation.
