Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in a relevant engineering or computer field.
• Experience in electronic/firmware analysis, design, development and testing.
• End-to-end product development experience guiding concepts to production.
• Ability to read/analyze schematics, requirements and test data.
• Strong project management skills to create timelines and track activities.
• Leadership and collaboration across product teams.
• Innovation mindset with high initiative and result-oriented goals.
• Familiarity with RFID, WiFi, Zwave or Zigbee; knowledge of Python/C#/Java/TestComplete is valued.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Test Planning: Create, maintain, and execute test plans for hardware/software platforms.
• Collaborative Product Development: Work with teams to plan and implement test criteria for new and legacy products.
• Certification Excellence: Support FCC/UL/CE certifications and develop related docs.
• Innovative Testing Approaches: Conduct manual/automated testing for mobile, Windows, and web apps; develop test tools and fixtures.
