Job summary

EMD Millipore Corporation seeks a Validation Project Manager in Burlington, MA to lead multi‑customer validation projects from order through final report. You will develop realistic plans, monitor progress, and coordinate with service teams to ensure timely delivery.

The role requires a biology/chemistry background with 2+ years in biotech/pharma, knowledge of extractables/leachables validation, QA practices, and root cause analysis. In‑office work at least three days per week in Burlington.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in biology, biochemistry, chemistry, or related field.
• At least two years of work experience in biotechnology or pharmaceutical industries.
• Knowledge of extractables and leachables validation.
• Knowledge of QA and Good Documentation Practices (OSHA, EHS, ISO9001).
• Ability with root cause analysis.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple customer projects—from order to final report.
• Develop realistic project plans and monitor progress.
• Coordinate activities between customers and validation service teams.
• Provide timely updates to customers and internal teams.
• Create, track, and close projects accurately and timely.
• Provide technical support for standard services and customer questions.
• Consult with VPMs and lab experts for project information.
• Assist with standard quotations based on customer needs.
