Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in validation or test engineering for electronic or electromechanical products.
• Experience writing Functional Test Procedures or test specifications with clear acceptance criteria.
• Ability to read electrical schematics, system requirements, and technical specs.
• Hands-on proficiency with test instrumentation such as oscilloscopes and CAN tools.
• Strong documentation discipline with audit-ready traceability records.
• Structured analytical approach to failure analysis and root-cause investigation.
• Self-directed, able to work in a lean environment with evolving responsibilities.
• Clear written and verbal communication for leadership audiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain validation plans, procedures, and risk assessments.
• Analyze requirements and map to test methods and acceptance criteria.
• Execute functional, environmental, and reliability tests and document results.
• Perform failure analysis and support root cause investigations with design team.
• Build and evolve validation standards, templates, and best practices.
