Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and manage validation activities to ensure product compliance and performance.
• Lead and support validation of new and current products, including functional, environmental, and compliance testing.
• Develop test cases, document results, and provide structured feedback to development teams.
• Perform competitive product testing to understand market expectations and guide improvements.
• Validate engineering changes and support field issue investigations with root-cause analysis.
• Create and maintain test procedures, validation plans, and test reports.
