Job summary

SMS InfoComm Corporation in Grapevine, TX is seeking a Validation Operator to inspect and verify various customer devices within the Whole-Unit-Repair Depot. This role focuses on accurate validation and documentation of each unit.

You will scan repaired systems, prep them for shipping, and collaborate with operations to handle discrepancies, while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Must be able to carry up to 25 lbs.
• Strong communication and punctuality are required.

The Validation Operator is responsible for the inspection, and verification of various customer devices within the Whole-Unit-Repair Depot.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Daily Responsibilities

• Scan all repaired systems coming from QC & OBA into validation application.
• Pick up repaired systems awaiting being checked through validation application.
• Drop off systems to shipping after passing the validation check.
• Return systems to operations team if system fails in validation check.
• Cross support other operations in the event no systems available to be validated.

Working Conditions

Must be able to tolerate moderate to high noise levels. Individuals may need to walk for an extensive periods of time while working and walking the facility; will need to bend or stoop below the waist; repetitive wrist, hand, or finger movement.
