Figure is an AI robotics company developing autonomous general-purpose humanoid robots. The goal of the company is to ship humanoid robots with human level intelligence. Its robots are engineered to perform a variety of tasks in the home and commercial markets. Figure is headquartered in San Jose, CA.

We are looking for aValidation Engineering Intern for Winter 2027to support the design, automation, and execution of system-level validation across our humanoid platform. This internship is designed for students in their final year of an undergraduate or master’s program, as well as recent graduates who are on track to complete their degree by the end of 2026, or the following year.

• Architect hardware and software solutions for validating humanoid subsystems (actuators, batteries, cameras, sensors).
• Write Python scripts to automate validation and regression testing.
• Contribute to the development of a CI/CD pipeline for hardware/firmware/software integration.

The US base pay range for this full-time position is $40.00 to $45.00 per hour.
