Job summary

Job description

Responsibilities

• Perform the Hardware in Loop (HIL) validation of machine system electronics
• Develop new automated test cases using Python
• Maintain the existing automated test cases built with Automation Desk
• Collaborate with the system/software developers to validate product requirements
• Document automated test results and communicate issues to the developers
• Maintain the lab simulators developed using Python and Simulink
• Experience: 2 to 5 years of hands‑on experience on the above activities

Skills

• Experience in controls
• Must be able to set up new HIL test systems for complex machine systems; should have work experience with OPAL RT, dSpace HiL and Automation Desk
• Experience in test automation tools using Python
• Experience in vector testing tools such as Canape, Canalyzer, Wireshark, etc.
• Knowledge of communication protocols such as CAN / J1939, Ethernet – TCP/IP & UDP/IP
• Experience with MATLAB and Simulink modelling
