Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering or related technical field required.
• 1–3 years in validation within a cGMP manufacturing environment (cosmetics/pharma/personal care preferred).
• 1–3 years calibrating, testing, and validating instrumentation, mechanics, and computer systems (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Review and approve validation protocols (IQ/OQ/PQ) for equipment, processes, and cleaning procedures.
• Develop template protocols and maintain final reports for new and existing systems.
• Advise on engineering and equipment requirements for validation; assist with cleanout SOPs and testing.
• Participate in internal and external audits and maintain validation documentation.
• Attend meetings and provide technical insight on validation and compliance concerns.
• Support environmental monitoring activities and review analytical/microbial results.
• Input into equipment purchase decisions with validation needs in mind.
• Independently execute validation projects with minimal supervision.
