Real Staffing Group is seeking a detail-oriented Validation Engineer to join a regulated manufacturing environment in Georgia. You will execute validation activities for equipment, processes, and computer systems, and develop IQ/OQ/PQ and CSV documentation.

You will collaborate with operations, engineering, quality, and manufacturing teams to gather data, analyze results, and ensure timely completion of validation packages in compliance with SOPs and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience performing validation in regulated manufacturing environments.
• A bility to author and execute IQ/OQ/PQ and CSV protocols.
• Strong documentation and analytical skills.

Responsabilités

• Author, execute, and report validation activities for equipment, processes, and computer systems.
• Develop and maintain validation documentation: IQ, OQ, PQ, CSV protocols and reports.
• Create, revise, and maintain controlled documentation.
• Execute validation protocols, analyze results, document findings, ensure timely completion.
• Collaborate with operations, engineering, quality, and manufacturing teams.
• Provide documentation support for Non-Conformances, Deviations, and CAPA investigations.
• Spend time on the floor collecting equipment data and organizing technical information.
• Ensure all validation activities meet regulatory and SOP standards.

We are seeking a detail-oriented Validation Engineer to play a critical role in ensuring manufacturing processes, equipment, and systems meet the highest standards of quality and regulatory compliance. This is a hands-on position that combines technical writing, validation execution, cross-functional collaboration, and problem-solving within a regulated environment.

What You’ll Do

• Perform the authoring, execution, and reporting of validation activities for manufacturing equipment, processes, and computer systems.
• Develop and maintain validation documentation including:
  • Installation Qualifications (IQ)
  • Operational Qualifications (OQ)
  • Performance Qualifications (PQ)
  • Computer Systems Validation (CSV) protocols and reports
• Create, revise, and maintain controlled documentation in accordance with internal procedures and quality standards.
• Execute validation protocols, analyze results, document findings, and ensure timely completion of validation packages.
• Partner with operations, engineering, quality, and manufacturing teams to gather critical information and drive validation projects to successful completion.
• Provide documentation support for Non-Conformances, Deviations, and CAPA investigations, helping ensure effective corrective and preventive actions.
• Spend time on the manufacturing floor collecting equipment data, observing processes, and organizing technical information to support validation and compliance activities.
• Ensure all validation activities are completed in accordance with regulatory requirements, internal SOPs, and industry best practices.
