Job summary

Voyant Beauty seeks a Validation Engineer to plan, execute, and document validation activities to ensure cGMP compliance for cosmetics. This includes process, cleaning, equipment, and utility qualifications for OTC products and regulated systems.

You will collaborate with Engineering, Quality Assurance and Operations, develop IQ/OQ/PQ templates, support audits with robust documentation, and provide technical guidance on validation and regulatory matters.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering.
• 1–3 years in validated, cGMP manufacturing environments.
• Experience validating instrumentation and computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Review and approve IQ/OQ/PQ protocols for equipment and processes.
• Develop templates for interim, final reports for new and existing systems.
• Write, review, and maintain SOPs and validation documentation.
• Advise on engineering requirements for validation of electronic/computer systems.
• Participate in internal and external audits and maintain validation records.
• Support environmental monitoring and coordination with third‑party labs.
