Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Validation Engineer to lead commissioning and validation activities in a cGMP environment. You will collaborate across QA, Engineering, Manufacturing, Facilities and Automation to ensure systems are validated and compliant.

The role involves on-site work at a client campus three to four days a week, covering HVAC, electrical, BMS, and related building systems with strong focus on documentation and risk assessment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to exercise judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information.
• Willingness to take a new perspective on existing solutions.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead validation activities ensuring cGMP compliance.
• Coordinate QA, Engineering, Manufacturing, Facilities and Automation teams.
• Develop and manage commissioning schedule and plan.
• Oversee commissioning for HVAC, Electrical, BMS, and Low Voltage.
• Write test protocols, change controls, testing, reporting, and risk assessments.
• Perform on-site observations, testing, validation and verification of building systems.
• Deliver building commissioning services for small to large projects.
• Train O&M staff and share domain knowledge.
