Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Validation Engineer to lead validation activities on-site in Indianapolis. You will collaborate with QA, Engineering, Manufacturing, Facilities and Automation to ensure cGMP compliance and successful commissioning of building systems.

The role involves developing schedules, coordinating tests, and delivering pre-commissioning through handover, with onsite presence 3–4 days per week. Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred; combination of experience and education considered.
• 5–8 years of relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of cGMP and regulatory requirements.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Willing to work on-site at the client's campus several days per week.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coordinate, and execute validation activities in compliance with cGMP and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and adhere to a detailed commissioning schedule and plan.
• Cover pre-commissioning and startup phases through handover.
• Oversee commissioning for building systems including HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, and BMS.
• Write custom checklists and detailed testing procedures.
• Perform on-site observations, inspections, testing, validation, and verification.
