Job summary

Reinhausen Inc. in the United States seeks a validation specialist to ensure correct configurations, data, wiring diagrams, and software for smooth, error-free manufacturing.

You will analyze validation data, drive improvements across production quality, support engineering, quality, and production teams, and coordinate changes during manufacturing while advancing tools and processes for higher efficiency and data quality.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
  • Experience in electrical, electronics, or mechanical manufacturing environments.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical documentation, including electrical wiring schematics.
  • Experience with SAP and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; cross-department collaboration.
  • Fluent in English; willingness to travel occasionally.

Responsibilities

  • Validate customer order configurations, technical data, wiring diagrams, and software for a smooth manufacturing process.
  • Analyze validation data, identify trends, and drive sustainable improvements to production quality.
  • Support production, engineering, and quality teams by resolving complex technical questions and configuration inconsistencies.
  • Coordinate engineering and configuration changes during manufacturing and assist with change management activities.
  • Develop new validation tools and improve existing processes to increase efficiency, reliability, and data quality.

  • You will validate customer order configurations, technical data, wiring diagrams, and software to ensure a smooth and error-free manufacturing process

What you bring to the table:
  • You have a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • You have experience in an electrical, electronics, or mechanical manufacturing environment
  • You have the ability to read and interpret technical documentation, including electrical wiring schematics
  • You have experience working with SAP and are proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills and enjoy working across multiple departments
  • You have strong communication skills, are fluent in English, and are willing to travel occasionally as needed
