Job summary

Responsibilities

• Validate customer order configurations, technical data, wiring diagrams, and software.
• Analyze validation data, identify trends and drive improvements to production quality.
• Support production, engineering, and quality teams by resolving complex technical questions and configuration inconsistencies.
• Coordinate engineering and configuration changes during the manufacturing process and support change management activities.
• Develop new validation tools and improve existing processes to increase efficiency, reliability, and data quality.

• You will analyze validation data, identify trends and recurring issues, and drive sustainable improvements to production quality
• You will support production, engineering, and quality teams by resolving complex technical questions and configuration inconsistencies
• You will coordinate engineering and configuration changes during the manufacturing process and support change management activities
• You will develop new validation tools and improve existing processes to increase efficiency, reliability, and data quality

What you bring to the table:

• You have a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• You have experience in an electrical, electronics, or mechanical manufacturing environment
• You have the ability to read and interpret technical documentation, including electrical wiring schematics
• You have experience working with SAP and are proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills and enjoy working across multiple departments
• You have strong communication skills, are fluent in English, and are willing to travel occasionally as needed
