Viceroy Snowmass in Snowmass Village, CO, seeks friendly Valet Attendants to warmly welcome guests, assist with luggage, and provide safe valet parking and transportation services. The role involves coordinating with Front Desk and Bell staff to ensure a seamless luxury guest experience in a fast-paced mountain resort environment.

Candidates must be 21+, have a valid driver’s license, and pass background/MVR checks.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass background and MVR checks.
• Customer service or hospitality experience preferred; valet at a full-service resort is a plus.
• Professional, proactive, guest-focused attitude and safety-conscious.
• Ability to lift and move up to 75 pounds and push/pull carts up to 250 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome guests and create a positive first and last impression.
• Safely operate and park guest vehicles in designated areas and retrieve on request.
• Provide full luggage assistance during arrivals and departures.
• Transport guests in courtesy vehicles when authorized, ensuring safety and comfort.
• Coordinate with Front Desk and other departments to manage arrivals, departures, and transportation needs.
• Maintain an organized, safe valet area and follow vehicle handling procedures.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and provide local information.
• Work with the team during busy periods and keep the entrance clean and welcoming.

About the Role

Viceroy Snowmass, located in beautiful Snowmass Village, Colorado, is seeking friendly, dependable, and service-oriented Valet Attendants to join our team! In this role, you will create exceptional first and last impressions by warmly welcoming guests, assisting with luggage, and providing safe, efficient valet parking and transportation services.

As an essential member of our Guest Services team, you will help deliver a seamless luxury hospitality experience while working closely with the Front Desk, Bell, and other hotel departments. The ideal candidate is professional, proactive, and passionate about providing outstanding customer service in a fast-paced mountain resort environment.

  • Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour + Tips
  • Schedule: Flexible schedule; some evenings, weekends, and holidays required

What You’ll Do

• Deliver exceptional guest service by warmly welcoming guests upon arrival and creating a positive, memorable first and last impression.
• Safely operate and park guest vehicles in designated areas, ensuring careful handling and timely retrieval when requested.
• Provide full-service luggage assistance during guest arrivals and departures, ensuring a smooth and convenient experience.
• Transport guests in designated courtesy vehicles when authorized, maintaining safety, professionalism, and guest comfort.
• Collaborate with Front Desk, Bell, and other departments to coordinate guest arrivals, departures, and transportation needs.
• Maintain an organized and efficient valet parking area while following established vehicle handling and safety procedures.
• Respond promptly to guest requests, provide helpful property information, and anticipate opportunities to enhance the guest experience.
• Handle guest vehicles, luggage, and personal belongings with care, discretion, and attention to detail.
• Support daily operations by assisting team members during busy periods and maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming entrance area.

About You

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to successfully complete required background and Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) checks.
• Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred; at least one year of valet experience at a full-service resort is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly, professional, and guest-focused attitude.
• Strong attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to safely operate different types of guest vehicles and follow established parking and transportation procedures.
• Ability to occasionally lift and move up to 75 pounds and push or pull carts and equipment weighing up to 250 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Positive attitude, strong teamwork skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional luxury hospitality.
• Flexible availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
