Job summary

Clayton Valet is seeking an Overnight Valet Site Supervisor for a healthcare facility in St. Louis, MO.

The role oversees a team of valet attendants, manages client relations, creates schedules, enforces policies, and coaches staff to ensure prompt, polite, and professional service in the valet lane. The position requires a valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, and at least one year of supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must pass drug screening and criminal background check.
• Must have a clean driving record in the last 3 years.
• One or more years of supervisor or management experience.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking in English.
• Ability to work in all weather conditions.
• Ability to stand for up to eight hours.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Ensure adherence to all company policies and procedures established by the site contacts.
• Provide coaching and other disciplinary actions when necessary.
• Maintain timekeeping and weekly schedules on Homebase.
• Maintain personnel records.
• Ensure that all new employees receive a training checklist and any training requested by the site.
• Receive complaints and utilize effective problem-solving techniques.
• Ensure adequate employee coverage throughout your location.
• Become familiar with the employee handbook and all policies at your establishment.
• Ensure compliance with client policies and procedures.
• Interact with Account Manager and leadership regularly.

Clayton Valet is seeking a new Overnight Site Supervisor ready to lead a team of valet attendants at a healthcare facility! As a Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing client relations, creating and publishing schedules, enforcing company policies, and coaching your team. This Site Supervisor works with the valet attendants and is often in the valet lane, ensuring Prompt, Polite, and Professional customer service is consistently provided.

Compensation and Benefits

• $20/hr starting

Primary Job Responsibilities

• Establish a good rapport with all personnel at the assigned establishment
• Ensure employees are supported
• Attend mandatory monthly supervisor meetings
• Conduct yourself in a professional manner at all times.

Job Requirements

• Must have a valid driver's license
• Must pass drug screening and criminal background check
• Must have a clean driving record in the last 3 years
• Consistently display safe driving practices and a complete understanding of vehicle basics
• One or more years of supervisor or management experience
• Must be available for All Hands on Deck (AHOD) events
• High school diploma or GED
• Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking in English
• Great interpersonal communication
• Ability to work in all weather conditions
• Ability to stand for up to eight hours
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
