Responsibilities

• Ensure safe and efficient parking of guest vehicles.
• Respond quickly to customers’ requests and provide caring interactions.
• Direct traffic and arrange for towing service when necessary.
• Report incidents or claims immediately to Operations Manager.

Skills

Valid Driver’s License

Ability to operate manual transmission vehicles

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Previous valet experience
