SP+ Hospitality is seeking a Valet Supervisor at Ritz Carlton, Key Biscayne. The role leads daily valet operations, delivering 5-Star service to guests and ensuring smooth shift execution.

Requirements include at least 6 months of guest service experience, a valid driver's license, and strong English communication. Compensation starts at $14.00 per hour plus tips, with meals on every shift and SunPass reimbursement after 30 days.

Qualifications

• Experience: At least 6 months of guest service experience.
• License: A valid state driver’s license with a safe driving record.
• Age: Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Communication: Ability to communicate effectively in English (written and oral).
• Appearance: Must maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
• Physical: Standing up to 8 hours, lift up to 50 lbs, outdoor work in all weather.
