Job summary

SP+ at Ritz Carlton Key Biscayne is seeking a dedicated Valet Attendant to greet guests, park vehicles, and provide top-tier service. You will manage parking operations, ensure vehicle safety, and uphold professional standards in a fast-paced setting.

The role requires prior valet experience, a valid driver’s license, and flexibility for 2nd/3rd shifts and weekends. Compensation includes $12.00 per hour plus tips, with meal benefits on every shift and SunPass reimbursement after 30 days.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Valet Attendant is a MUST.
• Valid state driver’s license with current address and clean record.
• Ability to drive a manual transmission is a strong plus.
• Flexible schedule including 2nd/3rd shifts and weekends.
• Ability to read, write, and respond professionally to customers and coworkers.
• Basic math to handle U.S. currency and follow instructions.
• Must provide legal work eligibility in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Provide proactive service and resolve guest requests efficiently.
• Guide guests with directions using knowledge of local streets and landmarks.
• Explain valet rates and procedures clearly to customers.
• Inspect vehicles before parking and report findings.
• Drive safely and follow traffic laws at all times.
• Report accidents or safety issues to management.
• Arrive on time and maintain a professional appearance.
• Support management with additional duties as needed.
