Job summary

Island Hospitality Management in Savannah, GA is hiring a Valet Supervisor to lead guest-facing valet operations, parking and retrieving vehicles, and ensure exceptional frontline service.

You will oversee scheduling, revenue reporting, and training to maintain high standards of guest experience. Flexible scheduling; must be 21+ with a valid driver's license and reliable mobility support.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests as the first point of contact and provide superior guest service by parking and retrieving vehicles.
• Oversee valet department operations including scheduling and revenue reporting.
• Open and close car doors while assisting with luggage or other belongings.
• Direct traffic in the parking area and help guests enter and leave the lot.
• Collect and label keys; organize and file daily vehicle paperwork and transactions.

Job description

As a Valet Supervisor, you will be responsible for assisting guests as the first point of contact and providing superior guest service by parking and retrieving vehicles. You will also oversee all operations and procedures for valet department including scheduling and revenue reporting.

This position requires flexible scheduling availability.

Requirements

• Must have a valid Driver's License and be 21 years of age
• Park and retrieve vehicles while providing great customer service
• Open and close car doors while assisting with luggage or other belongings
• Direct traffic in the parking area as needed and assist guests in entering and leaving the parking lot
• Collect and accurately label keys belonging to guests to ensure their proper return
• Organize and file paperwork regarding guests' vehicles and daily transactions

Job Qualifications

• Knowledge of local roads and routes to area attractions and points of interest
• Having a proper, valid Driver's License and a clean driving record Highly motivated team player with strong initiative and desire for achievement
• Must be effective in handling problems in the workplace including anticipating, preventing, identifying, and solving problems as necessary
• Ability to work well in stressful situations
• Readily available and approachable for all guests while providing excellent guest service

The number of hours you will be scheduled to work during the week is variable and is based on guest occupancy, season, staffing and other factors. Island Hospitality is unable to guarantee a specific number of work hours per week.
