OhioHealth is seeking a Parking Service Attendant to be trained in shuttle and valet operations. You will be the first and last contact for customers, ensuring safe and courteous transport to their destinations within the campus.

Responsibilities include driving shuttle vehicles, assisting mobility-impaired customers, parking and retrieving vehicles, and maintaining documentation. A valid driver's license and 2+ years of customer service are required; HS diploma/GED preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Driver's license is required and driving record must be clean.
• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience.
• High school diploma/GED preferred.

Aufgaben

• Greet customers boarding the shuttle and provide friendly, professional service.
• Safely drive customers to destinations in accordance with traffic laws and safety policies.
• Complete logs, vehicle checks, and report maintenance or damages as needed.
• Assist customers with mobility needs (wheelchair lift) and keep shuttles clean.
• Park and retrieve vehicles safely, track valet paperwork and transactions.
• Monitor valet areas and enforce no-smoking rules on hospital property.
