OhioHealth Parking Services is seeking a cheerful Parking Attendant who will be trained in shuttle and valet operations. You will be the first and last point of contact for patients, visitors, and staff, helping them reach their destination safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities center on courteous service, safe driving, and accurate record-keeping, with opportunities to assist in other parking functions as needed. A valid driver's license and customer-service experience are required.

Qualifications

• No degree or diploma required.
• Valid state driver's license; driving record 4 points or less.
• Ability to drive standard transmission vehicle (stick shift).
• 2 years of customer service experience.

Responsabilités

• Greet all customers boarding the shuttle with friendly, professional service.
• Safely drive customers to their destination, observing traffic laws.
• Complete documentation, logs, vehicle checks, maintenance reporting and damages.
• Assist customers with mobility issues and keep shuttles clean.
• Record and track all vehicle movements and valet tickets.
• Greet customers and proactively assist them to their desired location.
• Safely park vehicles and report pre-existing damages.
• Support other Parking functions as needed.
