Job summary

OhioHealth is seeking a Parking Attendant trained in shuttle and valet duties. As the first and last face of the patients and visitors, you will welcome customers, assist with mobility, drive shuttles, and park vehicles safely.

Responsibilities include vehicle pre-checks, documenting mileage and damages, handling payments, and keeping areas clean. A valid driver's license and customer service experience are required; high school diploma preferred, 16 hours weekly daytime shift.

Qualifications

• No degree required; a high school diploma or GED is preferred.
• Valid state driver’s license with a clean driving record (4 points or less).
• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide shuttle service between locations.
• Safely drive passengers; document maintenance, mileage, and incidents.
• Inspect vehicles for pre-existing damages; record damages.
• Assist customers with mobility needs and keep shuttles clean.
• Park customer vehicles and manage valet lot sheets.
• Monitor valet areas for smokers and keep entry areas clean.
• Handle valet transactions and PIL payments refunds.
