Job summary

Golden Nugget Las Vegas is seeking a Valet Key Attendant who will help create a positive first impression by delivering efficient and courteous valet services to guests.

You will safely park and retrieve vehicles, assist guests with openings and belongings, log keys in order, manage tickets, and coordinate with teammates to keep traffic flowing smoothly. The role offers benefits including PTO, 401K, advancement opportunities and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a valet attendant or in a similar customer service role is preferred
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles

Responsibilities

• Safely and responsibly park and retrieve guests’ vehicles in designated areas
• Maintain a high level of care and attention while operating guests’ vehicles
• Assist guests with opening doors, retrieving belongings, and ensuring a smooth transition to and from their vehicles
• Promptly issue valet claim tickets, retain departmental tickets, and ensure return of guest’s portion of valet claim tickets
• Ensure accountability of all tickets and immediately report variance to supervisor
• Ensure that all keys are logged, pulled, and placed on the window ledge in the order that they were time and date stamped
• Manage traffic flow at the valet stand to ensure a safe and organized environment
• Coordinate with other valet attendants to optimize parking space usage
• Effectively communicate with guests, colleagues, and casino staff
• Conduct basic visual inspections of guests’ vehicles for damage or other issues; report any damages or issues promptly and accurately

Pay Range

USD $11.75 - USD $11.78 /Hr.
