Preferred Parking is seeking a part-time Valet Runner for the 2nd shift to provide prompt, courteous service by parking and retrieving vehicles while maintaining safety and flow. The position emphasizes guest satisfaction from arrival to departure in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, and the ability to drive manual transmissions. Outdoor/indoor work with flexible evenings and weekends in Charlotte, NC.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license for at least 3 years with a clean driving record.
• Highschool diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to drive both manual (stick shift) is a plus.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly, courteously, and professionally upon arrival and departure.
• Assist guests with directions, luggage, or other needs as appropriate.
• Deliver clear instructions on how the valet process works.
• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve concerns quickly and politely.
• Safely drive, park, and retrieve guest vehicles in a timely manner.
