Job summary

Preferred Parking Service, LLC in Charlotte, NC, is seeking a Part-time Valet Runner for 2nd shift to deliver prompt, courteous service while parking and retrieving guest vehicles.

You will greet guests, assist with directions, manage tickets, and coordinate with staff to keep traffic flowing. Must be 18+, hold a valid driver's license, and pass background and drug tests. Outdoor/indoor work, evenings and weekends required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license and clean record.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to drive manual (stick shift) is a plus.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with professionalism.
• Physical ability to run, stand, and move quickly for extended periods.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Must pass motor vehicle record check, background check and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and professionally at arrival and departure.
• Assist guests with directions, luggage, or other needs.
• Provide clear instructions on the valet process and respond to inquiries.
• Safely drive, park, and retrieve guest vehicles in a timely manner.
• Maintain a clean valet stand and coordinate with staff to manage flow.
• Process tickets, payments, and tips per company procedures.
