Qualifications

• Previous valet, bell, or hospitality experience preferred but not required.
• Strong guest service skills and professional demeanor.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Ability to safely operate automatic and manual transmission vehicles (if applicable).

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure.
• Safely park and retrieve guest vehicles in a timely manner.
• Run luggage to and from guest rooms during check-in and check-out.
• Assist guests with directions, property information, and general inquiries.
• Move employee vehicles as needed to support parking flow.
• Maintain organized vehicle flow and traffic control in the front drive.
• Issue valet tickets and log vehicle information.
• Ensure all vehicles are handled with care and professionalism.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of valet podium, luggage carts, and work areas.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.
• Report vehicle damage, safety concerns, or guest issues immediately.
• Adhere to all safety and operational procedures.
