A leading automotive service provider in Delaware is seeking motivated Customer Service Ambassadors to enhance customer experiences. The role includes greeting customers, coordinating service with Service Writers, and maintaining a smooth service lane. Candidates should have a positive attitude, high school diploma, and valid driver's license. Qualifications

• Maintain an energetic, positive attitude and work well with others.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Promptly greet every customer as they approach the service department.
• Welcome customers and provide them with one of our Service Writers.
• Install interior protection package (floor and seat covering).
• Pull vehicles forward in service lane, place tire inspection form in vehicle.
• Keep Service Lane clear and always moving while communicating.
