Job summary

AAA Parking is seeking a friendly and professional Valet to greet guests, assist with luggage, and guide vehicles through the parking process. You will explain services, maintain keys securely, and support hotel staff to ensure smooth guest arrivals and departures.

Ideal candidates are 18+, with a valid driver's license, strong communication skills, and a neat appearance. The role requires standing for long periods in an outdoor setting and a willingness to work flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
• Excellent communication, guest service and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle stressful situations with poise.
• Flexible availability, including weekends, holidays and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome all guests in a proper manner.
• Explain prices and the car retrieval procedure clearly to guests.
• Open hotel doors for guests and assist with luggage.
• Offer information about services, facilities, points of interest and entertainment.
• Assist guests with special needs or disabilities.
• Fill out valet ticket properly and conduct vehicle damage check.
• Retrieve and park vehicles quickly and safely.
• Maintain keys in an organized and secure manner.
• Maintain a clean, professional and well-groomed appearance.
• Adhere to uniform and appearance standards.
• Work closely with hotel staff to ensure smooth arrivals/departures.
• Coordinate valet operations with colleagues.
• Support team during busy periods or events.
• Follow safety protocols and report incidents to supervisor.
