Job summary

Reimagined Parking is seeking a dedicated Valet Parking Attendant for Turnberry Isles North. You will greet guests, park and retrieve vehicles, and deliver courteous service while adhering to safety standards.

Shifts vary and include weekends; the role pays $15/hour plus tips. Candidates must be 18+, hold a valid driver's license, pass a background check, and be authorized to work in the United States. Join our team and help drive exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Must pass a background check and be authorized to work in the United States (E-Verify).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the full valet service process from arrival to departure, including greeting guests, retrieving keys, issuing tickets, and entering customer information via electronic devices.
• Park and retrieve guest vehicles safely and efficiently, with accurate location tracking.
• Inspect vehicles for pre-existing damage and document findings.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by building rapport and assisting guests.
• Direct traffic, monitor ramp areas, and coordinate towing when required.
• Process valet fees and reconcile end-of-shift revenue and tickets.
• Retrieve vehicles promptly and assist with luggage as needed.
• Report incidents or claims to the supervisor immediately.
• Communicate professionally with guests and team members at all times.
