Job summary

Reimagined Parking is seeking a Valet Parking Attendant for Wyndham Grand Jupiter in Jupiter, FL. The role involves safely parking and retrieving guest vehicles while delivering high-quality customer service. Shift days vary, weekends possible, and compensation is $11.98 per hour plus tips.

As a team member, you will greet guests, issue tickets, and assist with luggage, working with the Operations Manager to ensure safety, efficiency, and a positive guest experience in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to communicate with guests clearly.
• Thrives in fast-paced environments and makes quick decisions.
• Able to operate guest vehicles with normal coordination.
• Must be able to move between valet stand and cars for extended periods.
• Previous valet experience preferred.
• Able to operate manual transmission vehicles (stick shift).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate valet service from arrival to departure, greet guests, and issue tickets.
• Park and retrieve vehicles safely with accurate location tracking.
• Inspect vehicles for pre-existing damage and document findings.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and assist guests with directions and requests.
• Act as a brand ambassador by interacting courteously with guests and assisting with loading.
• Maintain vehicle safety and security by directing traffic and monitoring areas.
• Process valet fees and help reconciling end-of-shift revenue.
• Retrieve vehicles promptly and assist with luggage when needed.
• Report incidents to supervisor promptly.
• Communicate professionally with guests and team members at all times.
