Job summary

Reimagined Parking is seeking a Valet Parking Attendant to safely park and retrieve guest vehicles while delivering exceptional customer service. The role requires prompt, courteous interactions and teamwork with the Operations Manager andShift Supervisor to ensure quality service and safety compliance.

The ideal candidate will have valet experience, strong communication, and the ability to operate vehicles, including manual transmissions.

Qualifications

Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to learn quickly and make sound decisions in fast-paced environments.
Ability to operate guest vehicles and use manual transmission.
Previous valet experience is preferred.
Good eye-hand coordination and mobility for extended shifts.

Responsibilities

Coordinate valet service from arrival to departure, greet guests, retrieve keys, issue tickets, and input data.
Park and retrieve vehicles safely with accurate location tracking.
Inspect vehicles for pre-existing damage and document findings.
Deliver high levels of customer service and assist guests as needed.
Maintain vehicle safety and security, manage traffic, and assist with fees and revenue reconciliation.
Promptly report incidents to management and communicate professionally with guests and team.
