Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking a Valet in Winston-Salem, NC. The role includes greeting guests, parking and retrieving vehicles, and assisting with directions while ensuring safety and hospitality.

The position is full-time, day shift, with the first shift from 9:30am to 6pm, Monday through Friday. Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, a valid NC driver’s license, the ability to drive manual transmission, and a clean driving record for five years.

Pay Range: $18.85 - $28.30

VALET

The Valet provides exceptional hospitality service to patients and guests in an attentive, friendly and efficient manner. Responsible for parking and retrieving vehicles in a prompt yet safe manner and assisting patients and guests with directions, getting in and out of vehicles and offering wheelchairs when necessary.

YOU'LL NEED

• High school graduate or GED equivalent.
• Ability to drive manual transmission.
• Clean driving record for five years.
• Valid North Carolina driver's license with no restrictions.

NICE TO HAVE:

• Mathematical skills preferred.
• Level I Qualified Spanish Bilingual Staff (QBS) preferred.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Adheres to the Medical Center standards to promote a cooperative work environment by utilizing communication skills, interpersonal relationships and team building.

• Completes all forms and documents correctly.
• Collects payments and secures cash and keys if required.
• Completes in a timely manner all Medical Center and Department training requirements.
