Job summary

Reimagined Parking is seeking a Valet Supervisor for UHealth SoLe Mia in North Miami, FL. The role manages daily valet operations, oversees staff, and ensures safe, high‑quality service with strong guest relations. Pay is $17 per hour plus tips, working Monday through Friday with variable shifts.

The position requires 18+, a valid driver’s license, and a willingness to pass background checks and vaccinations as part of our interview process. Prior supervisory valet experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Prior valet, parking, hospitality, or supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to operate manual transmission vehicles (stick shift).
• Authorized to work in the United States; able to provide documentation per DHS/EEO rules.

Responsibilities

• Supervise valet attendants and leads during shifts to maintain service standards.
• Coordinate staffing, breaks, and assignments to meet demand.
• Monitor vehicle flow and guest wait times for efficiency.
• Serve as on-site escalation point for guest concerns and incidents.
• Ensure proper use of valet ticketing systems and accurate vehicle tracking.
• Oversee cash handling, fee collection, and financial controls.
